2003 OUTDOOR: Placed eighth (40.77m) in the Discuss at the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational (4/5/03)...at the Big Green in the Desert Multis (3/19/03) he earned 7115 points to place him second...finished second in the 400m Hurdles (55.70), High Jump (1.94m), Javelin Throw (60.97m), Discus Throw (44.30m) and in the Pole Vault (3.65m), placed fourth in the 110m Hurdles with a time of 15.87, and finished seventh (13.28m) in the Shot Put at the MAAC Championships (5/3/03)...captured second in the decathlon with 7146 points at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/18/03) and received All-East Honors...was honored as the MAAC Men's Most Outstanding Field Performer earning 47 points for the Jaspers...member of the MAAC All-Academic Team...Manhattan College Most Valuable Player.
2002-03 INDOOR: Finished first in the Pentathlon (3877pts) at the Manhattan Pentathlon and Throws Invitational (12/1/02)...captured eighth place in the Long Jump (6.41m) at the Princeton Indoor Relays (1/25/03)...at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/31/03) he finished first in the Pentathlon with 3727points...finished first in the Pole Vault (3.65m), sixth in the High Jump (1.76m) and ninth (13.45m) in the Shot Put at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/22/03).
2002 OUTDOOR: Set a new school record in the Javelin and captured first place with a mark of 64.20m and placed fourth (41.50m) in the Discus at the Army Fall Throws Invitational (11/10/02).
2001-02 INDOOR: Qualified for the IC4A and captured first (3819 points) in the Pentathlon at the Manhattan Pentathlon and Throws Invitational (12/1/02)...threw 14.24m in the Shot Put, leaped 2.00m in the High Jump and placed fifth (4.30m) in the Pole Vault at the Princeton Invitational (12/7/01)...placed fourth (13.69m) in the Shot Put at the Fordham Invitational (12/14/01)...finished third in both the Pole Vault (4.05m) and in the Shot Put (13.21m), and fifth (8.59) in the 55m Hurdles at the Manhattan College Invitational (1/11/02)...crowned champion in the Pentathlon with 3785 points at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (2/3/02)...crowned champion in the High Jump (1.96m), placed second (3.45m) in the Pole Vault, third (7.96) in the 55m Hurdles and fourth (14.27m) in the Shot Put at the MAAC Indoor Championships (2/16/02)...earned All-East Honors after finishing second (3741 points) in the Pentathlon at the IC4A Indoor Championships (3/1/02).
2001 SUMMER:Placed second in the Nordic Championships in the Decathlon... at the Swedish National Championships.
EXPERIENCE: Participated five times on the National Swedish Team in the Decathlon...transferred from Central Arizona College where he held the school's record in the Decathlon for two months.
