2013 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Captured sixth place in the high jump (4’10¼) and discus (99’9), and took ninth in the shot put (32’2¼) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Finished eighth in the high jump (4’9½), while also competing in the shot put and discus at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Contested the shot put and discus at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.

2012-13 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Had a season-best effort of 34’10½ in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Took first in the shot put (31’7½) and fifth in the long jump (15’11½) at the USATF New York Open Championships on Feb. 23.

2012 Outdoors: Grabbed second place in the long jump with a season-best effort of 15’9 at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31…Placed sixth in the heptathlon with 3505 points at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Collected seventh-place points in the pole vault while also placing eighth in the high jump at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5).

2011-12 Indoors: Finished first the high jump at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1, clearing 5’2¼…Contested four events at the Long Island Indoor Championships on Jan. 20, taking second place in the high jump (5’3)…Secured eighth place in the pentathlon at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Placed second in the shot put with a season-best effort of 34’8½ at the Manhattan College Invitational on Feb. 8…Tied for seventh in the high jump at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.

Before Manhattan: Won four Atlantic Coast League titles in the 100 meter hurdles at Plymouth South High School…A member of the school record-setting 4x200 meter relay squad…Selected to the Atlantic Coast League all-star team…Received the Sportsmanship Award four times and the Leadership Award three times.
