2021 Outdoors: Scored a team-best 20 points at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9) … Claimed silver in the hammer throw with a season-best mark of 51.81 meters, and silver in the discus (46.02 meters) … Also was fifth in the shot put with a personal-best mark of 13.35 meters … Won the discus with a personal-best toss of 47.55 meters at the Monmouth Meet (4/18) … Also placed second in the hammer throw (48.21 meters) … Won the hammer throw with a mark of 49.69 meters at the Metropolitan Championship (4/9-4/10) … At the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/14-5/16), was eighth in the discus (43.83 meters) and 11th in the hammer throw (49.78 meters) … At 12th Rock Throws Series #1 (5/2), was fourth in the discus (44.18 meters), fourth in the shot put (12.25 meters) and fifth in the hammer throw (49.71 meters) …Took third in the discus (43.35 meters) and the hammer throw (45.74 meters) at the St. John’s Invitational (4/16) … CoSIDA Academic All-District Women's Track and Field/Cross Country First Team selection … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won the weight throw at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10 with a distance of 15.74 meters...Improved on the performance the next day at the TCNJ Lions Invitational, hitting 15.89 meters and also winning the event...Hit 16.94 meters in the weight throw at the NYC Gotham Cup on January 17 on the way to a first-place showing...Finished third in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a throw of 16.44 meters...Also placed seventh in the shot put at Mets with a distance of 13.00 meters...Won silver in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Championships, hitting a PR of 17.53 meters...Also placed 10th in the shot put at MAACs, recording a distance of 12.55 meters...Again reached over 17 meters in the weight throw at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, recording a throw of 17.13 meters and finishing 13th overall. 

2019 Outdoors: Began the outdoor season with a win in the hammer throw at the Monmouth Season Opener, recording a distance of 51.84 meters...Set a PR in the event at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 6, finishing third with a throw of 54.54 meters...Named MAAC Female Field Performer of the Week on both April 2 and April 9 for her showings...Set a season-best in the discus throw at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, hitting 36.61 meters (9th)...Placed second in the hammer throw at Mets, recording a distance of 51.93 meters, while also earning a top 10 finish in the shot put, hitting 12.22 meters...Won silver in the hammer throw at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, recording a throw of 52.22 meters...Set a season-best in the shot put at MAACs with a distance of 12.38 meters (12th) and finished ninth in the discus competition with a throw of 34.80 meters...Finished 14th overall in the hammer throw at the ECAC Outdoor Championships, recording a distance of 52.81 meters.

2018-19 Indoors: Won the weight throw competition at Fordham's Brian Horowitz Invitational on January 11 with a distance of 15.25 meters...Placed fifth overall in the event at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, hitting 16.53 meters...Won the Metropolitan Indoor Championship in the weight throw, again hitting 16.53 meters...Set a PR in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing fifth in the event with a distance of 13.13 meters...Finished fourth in the weight throw at MAACs, recording a throw of 16.17 meters...Set a PR in the event at the ECAC Indoor Championships, hitting 16.57 meters.

Before Manhattan: Competed for nine years as a member of the Vasteras Fridrottsklubb...Won a bronze medal at the Swedish Indoor Championships in both 2015 and 2016.
