2012-13 Indoors: Ran the 300 meters at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1, posting a winning time of 40.4 seconds…Captured third place in the 400 meters (57.42) at the NYRR College Night at the Armory on Jan. 12…Grabbed fourth place in the 400 (56.92) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Secured third place in the 400 (56.71) and fourth in the 200 meters (25.34) at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 1…Won the 400 (56.46) and took third in the 200 (25.07) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Placed 20th overall in the 400 at the ECAC Indoor Championships on March 1, notching a season-best clocking of 56.01 seconds.
2012 Outdoors: Selected MAAC Performer of the Week on March 27 after recording a time of 24.27 seconds in the 200 meters at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational (March 16)…Captured first place in the 200 (24.54) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Earned the gold medal in the 400 meters with a season-best clocking of 54.78 seconds at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Won four medals at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6), taking first in the 200 (24.61), 4 x 100 meter relay and 4 x 400 meter relay, while also finishing second in the 400 (55.39)…Ran the 400 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships (May 11), taking 18th place with a time of 55.25 seconds.
2011-12 Indoors: Won the 400 meters in a time of 55.83 seconds at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 3…Took home the gold medal in the 400 (55.82) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Named MAAC Performer of the Week on Feb. 7 after taking first place in the 200 meters (24.61) and 400 (55.56) at the Giegengack Invitational (Feb. 3), posting a season-best time in both events…Earned Most Outstanding Performer for Track Events honors at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 17) after winning gold medals in the 200 (24.69) and 400 (55.61), as well as a silver in the 4 x 400 meter relay…Made the finals of the 200 at the ECAC Indoor Championships (March 3), finishing ninth in a time of 24.96 seconds…Also ran the 400 at the ECAC Championships, placing 11th with a 56.16-second clocking.
2011 Outdoors: Named MAAC Performer of the Week on March 29 after taking third in the 200 meters (24.77) at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational (March 18)…Earned MAAC Performer of the Week honors again on April 5 following a first-place finish in the 400 meters (55.22) at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 1)…Won gold medals in the 200 (24.34) and 4 x 400 meter relay while also claiming a silver in the 400 (55.46) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.
2010-11 Indoors: Opened the season with a first-place finish in the 400 meters (56.44) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Captured first place in the 400 (56.96) at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 21…Placed third in the 400 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28, posting a time of 56.80 seconds…Ran a time of 24.88 seconds to take first in the 200 meters at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 4…Earned three medals at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18, taking gold in the 200 (24.80) and 4 x 400 meter relay while also finishing second in the 400 (56.24).
2010 Outdoors: Captured second place in the 400 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 26, finishing in a time of 57.64 seconds…Finished second in both the 200 (25.03) and 400 meters (56.34) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Also a member of Manhattan’s victorious 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 meter relay squads at the MAAC Championships.
2009-10 Indoors: Finished second in both the 200 meters (25.43) and 400 meters (57.91) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19…Ran a season-best time of 56.65 seconds in the 400 meters at the NYU Fastrack Invitational on Feb. 26.
Before Manhattan: Earned all-county honors in the indoor 300 meters as a senior at Valley Stream North High School…Also garnered indoor all-county honors as a junior…A part of the Class A championship 4 x 400 meter relay squad in both 2008 and 2009…Won the Class A outdoor 400 meter title in 2006 and 2008…Collected bronze medals at the Penn Relays three straight years from 2006-08.
