2018 Outdoors: Competed in the 200-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning a time of 28.41, good for 34th place in the event finals...Also took on the 100-meter race at Mets, finishing 18th in the event preliminaries with a time of 12.94.

2017-18 Indoors: Placed second in the 4x400 at the Manhattan Opener, finishing with a time of 4:28.3H...Finished fifth in the event at the Yale Invitational on January 13 with a time of 4:18.91...Also placed eighth in the 200-meter race at that meet, earning a time of 27.46...Earned a top 25 finish in the 200-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 26.81 (23rd)...Competed in both the 60-meter and 200-meter races at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory, earning top 20 finishes in both preliminaries.

2017 Outdoors: Took ninth in the 200 meters (26.49) at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Finished seventh in the 100 meters (12.67) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Grabbed third in both the 100 (12.28) and 200 (26.51) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Anchored the Jaspers’ 4x100 meter relay squad that placed fourth in the ECAC final at the Penn Relays on April 28…Won a silver medal in the 4x100 relay while also taking fourth in the 100 (12.46) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6…Ran the 4x100 relay at the ECAC Outdoor Championships on May 14.

2016-17 Indoors: Placed seventh in both the 60 meters (8.03) and 200 meters (26.96) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Secured second place in the 60 (7.97) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Also ran the 300 meters at the Seahawk Shootout, notching a time of 43.08 seconds…Had a season-best clocking of 25.84 seconds in the 200 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Registered a season-best time of 7.93 seconds in the 60 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 12.54-second clocking in the 100 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational on March 17…Also posted a season-best time of 25.67 seconds in the 200 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational…Ran the 100 in 12.58 seconds and the 200 in 27.40 seconds at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Finished sixth in the 100 (12.38) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Made Manhattan debut at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5 and placed 10^th in the 200 meters with a time of 26.44 seconds…Secured seventh place in the 60 meters with an 8.09-second clocking at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Finished ninth in the 200 (25.97) at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 12…Took ninth in the 60 (7.93) and 10^th in the 200 (25.75) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

Before Manhattan: Served as team captain as a senior at Monroe-Woodbury High School…A member of the school record-setting 4x100 and 4x200 meter relay squads…Took second in both the 100 and 200 meters at the 2013 Section IX Championships…Won the conference title at 100 meters and finished second in the 200 as a senior…Placed 12^th in the 200 at the 2013 New York State Championships…Ran the 200-meter leg on the sprint medley relay team that finished sixth at the 2013 New Balance Outdoor Nationals.
