2016-17 Indoors: Took second in the 1000 meters (2:32.80) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Recorded a time of 2:38.71 in the 1000 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 10^th overall at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, completing the 8000-meter course in 26:49.30…Notched a season-best 8000-meter time of 25:34.60 to secure eighth place overall at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15…Posted a time of 25:55.49 for 8000 meters, which was good for 30^th place at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29…Led the Jaspers in the university race at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19, running 8000 meters in 26:03.00 to place seventh overall.
