2019-20 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Helped the 4x400 squad to an eighth-place finish at the Crowell Open on December 7 with a time of 3:35.16...Also placed 13th in the 200-meters at the meet, recording a time of 24.20. 

2019 Outdoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Finished 10th in the 110-meter hurdles at VCU's Ram Invite, recording a time of 15.98...Nabbed 12th place in the event at the Colonial Relays with a time of 15.83...Ran a season-best time of 16.21 in the 110-meter hurdles at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, earning 10th in the event prelims.

2018-19 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Started the season with a PR in the 300-meters at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, recording a time of 37.65 (26th)...Earned a personal best in the 200-meters at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, finishing with a time of 23.41 (102nd)...Finished second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a time of 8.51...Followed up the performance with a PR in the event at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a time of 8.36 in both the prelims and the finals, earning a third-place finish and bronze medal.

2018 Outdoors: Earned a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at Monmouth on April 22, recording a time of 57.60...Placed fifth in the 110-meter hurdles at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 15.40.

Before Manhattan: Captained the track and field team his junior and senior years at Connetquot High School on Long Island...Competed at the state level in both indoor and outdoor hurdles.
