2012 Outdoors: Finished second in the 400 meter hurdles at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7, posting a time of 56.31 seconds…Recorded a season-best time of 16.27 seconds in the 110 meter hurdles while also taking ninth in the 400 hurdles (57.71) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13, good for ninth place…Won a silver medal as a part of the Jaspers’ 4x400 meter relay team at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5…Also took fifth in the 400 hurdles (56.21) and 10th in the 110 hurdles (16.96) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
2011-12 Indoors: Ran the 500 meters at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 3, finishing seventh in 1:07.19…Placed second in the 60 meter hurdles (8.55) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Posted a time of 53.22 seconds at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 3…Captured fifth place in the 60 hurdles at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 17), recording a time of 8.55 seconds.
2011 Outdoors: Took second in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 56.13 seconds at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Captured second place in the 400 hurdles (57.95) and fourth in the 110 meter hurdles (15.32) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Ran a season-best time of 55.80 seconds in the 400 hurdles at the Lions Invitational on April 30…Finished sixth in the 400 hurdles (56.21) and eighth in the 110 hurdles (16.58) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.
2010-11 Indoors: Had a 1:07.20 clocking in the 500 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 14…Posted a time of 1:09.17 in the 500 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Ran a season-best time of 52.99 seconds in the 400 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11.
