BEFORE MANHATTAN: Played three years of lacrosse for head coach Joe Haemmerle...two-time letterwinner...did not begin playing lacrosse until sophomore year of high school.

PERSONAL: Son of Frank and Julia Collins...born August 5th, 1993...youngest of five children...has two older brothers, Francis and Luke, as well as two sisters, Julieanna and Emily...Francis played lacrosse at Rutgers while Luke is a senior on the Stevens Tech lacrosse team...had three cousins all attend Manhattan.
