2003-04 Indoor: Placed second in the Shot Put throwing 13.18m and third in the Weight Throw throwing 15.38m at the Manhattan Pentathlon, Heptathlon and Throws (12/1/03)... at the Princeton New Year's Meet (12/7/03) she finished second in the Weight Throw after her toss of 16.35m... captured first place in the Weight Throw (15.03m) and second place in the Shot Put (12.99m) at the Fordham/St. John's Invitational (1/9/04)... at the Manhattan Invitational (1/16/04) she finished second in the Weight Throw throwing 17.24m... grabbed second place in both the Weight Throw (15.77m) and the Shot Put (13.02m) at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04)... was crowned Metropolitan Champion (2/7/04) in the Weight Throw after her toss of 17.15m and finished third in the Shot Put tossing the shot 12.97m... at the MAAC Championships (2/20/04) she was both the Weight Throw Champion (16.85m) and the Shot Put champion (13.46m).

2003 Summer: Competed at the United States Junior Championships (6/23/03) and finished 14th out of 28 hammer throwers.

2003 OUTDOOR:Finished third (49.01m) in the Hammer Throw and fifth (34.54m) in the Discus at the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational (4/5/03)... threw the Hammer 44.32m finishing second, placed third (32.68m) in the Discus Throw and fourth (12.42m) in the Shot Put at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4/11/03)... placed third (37.27m) in the Discus and threw 48.43m in the Hammer Throw at the Army Quad (4/19/03)... earned second (37.86) in the Discus and in the Hammer Throw (44.88m), third place (12.66m) in the Shot Put and 13th (20.18m) in the Javelin Throw at the MAAC Championships (5/3/03)... finished ninth (50.53) in the Hammer Throw at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships (5/18/03).

2002-03 Indoor: Placed second at Shot Put (12.17m) and sixth in the Weight Throw (12.07m) at the Manhattan Pentathlon and Throws Invitational (12/1/02)... captured second in the Shot Put (12.12m) at the Princeton Invitational (12/7/02)... at the Fordham Invitational (12/12/02) she finished third in the Weight Throw (14.92m) and fourth in the Shot Put (12.60m)... finished second in the Shot Put (12.79m) and in the Weight Throw (15.21m) at the St. John's/Fordham Invitational (1/10/03)... earned two second place finishes at the Manhattan College Invitational (1/17/03) in the Shot Put (12.56m) and the Weight Throw (15.09m)... finished sixth in the Shot Put (12.30m) and fourth in the Weight Throw (14.53m) at the Princeton Indoor Relays (1/25/03)... at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/31/03) she took sixth place in Shot Put (12.95m)... finished first in the Weight Throw (15.28m) and third in Shot Put (12.12m) at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/22/03).
