Highlights:
- Bjorkman won the women's weight throw, her second first-place finish of the weekend after winning the event at Fordham's Robert Elkin Invitational on Friday. At The Armory, Bjorkman hit 15.89 meters, the fourth-best MAAC performance of the season so far.
- Padedze also earned her second win of the weekend, throwing a distance of 13.67 meters in the women's shot put, topping the MAAC's 2019-20 performances in the event.
- Also in women's throws, Alexandra Preckajlo (Ocean, NJ / St. Rose) took second in the women's shot, recording a distance of 13.36 meters, coming in third for the MAAC so far this season. Teammate Cheyenne Lewis (Queens, NY / Washingtonville) took home third in the women's weight throw, hitting 14.85 meters.
- Anu Awonusi (Dublin, Ireland / Kilkenny College) placed second in the men's shot put, hitting 16.19 meters. Awonusi won the event at Fordham on Friday.
- Enrique Martinez (San Salvador, El Salvador / Barton CC) earned second in the men's weight throw, recording a distance of 17.41 meters.
- On the track, freshman Quemarii Williams (Danville, IL / Danville) placed second in the men's 800-meter race, his first collegiate 800-meters. He finished with a time of 1:54.48, the MAAC best 800-meter performance this year.
- Tendai Nyoni earned third in the men's 400-meters, finishing in 51.20, besting his Friday performance at Fordham by 1.66 seconds.
- Liam Farrell (Hyde Park, NY / F.D. Roosevelt) placed fourth in the men's 3000-meters, his first time competing in that event. Farrell finished with a time of 8:52.82.
- In the 4x800 relay, the Manhattan women took third, while the men finished in fourth. Shayna Arrigo (Farmingville, NY / Sachem East), Andria Scaglione (Oceanside, NY / Oceanside), Nicola Scaglione (Oceanside, NY / Oceanside) and Zarah Harris (Montogomery, NY / Valley Central) earned a time of 9:20.19 on the women's side, while Dom Boccia (Staten Island, NY / St. Peter's), Ryan Tierney (Staten Island, NY / St. Peter's), David Lozipone (Massapequa Park, NY / Kellenberg Memorial) and Marc Carerra (Staten Island, NY / St. Peter's) finished with a time of 8:03.40 in the men's race.
- In the men's 4x400, Manhattan secured fourth place with a time of 3:27.69 earned by Cory Couture (Sherrill, NY / Vernon-Verona-Sherrill), Nyoni, Seth Gotia (New Windsor, NY / Cornwall Central) and Williams.
Manhattan will compete in the Gotham Cup on January 17 at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island.
