2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), ran a leg on the 4x400 relay that placed fifth in 4:04.58 … Also placed seventh in the 400 meters with a mark of 59.70 … Clocked a season-best 59.58 in the prelims … Member of the 4x400 relay (4:07.31) that was victorious in the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships … Also was third in the 400 meters (1:00.13) … Won the 400 meters (1:00.13) at the Peacock Invitational (4/7) … Took eighth in the 800 meters (2:19.45) at the Monmouth Meet (4/18) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2019-20 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a PR in the 800-meters at the Crowell Open on December 7, recording a time of 2:27.8 and placing second overall...Also placed second in the 4x400 at the meet with a time of 4:05.38...Finished third in the 4x800 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a relay time of 9:54.65...Also finished 11th in the 500-meters at Mets with a time of 1:20.08...Earned a season-best 500-meter time at the BU Valentine Invitational, finishing the race in 1:19.96 (42nd)...Placed sixth in the 400-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships, earning a time of 58.79...Recorded a season-best 58.39 in the event preliminaries...Helped the 4x800 squad to a sixth-place finish at MAACs with a time of 9:32.06.

2019 Outdoors: Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a first-place finish at the Colonial Relays, recording a team time of 3:45.37...Earned a top 10 finish in the 400-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a time of 58.63...Won silver in the 4x400 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing with a time of 3:56.55...Also set a PR in the 400-meters, recording a time of 58.46 in the event prelims (ninth).

2018-19 Indoors: Placed second in the 500-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a time of 1:15.45...Set a PR in the event at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, earning a time of 1:15.18 (eighth)...Also helped the 4x400 squad to a top 10 finish at BU with a team time of 3:55.21...Won gold in the event at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:52.33...Also set a PR in the 400-meters at MAACs, winning bronze with a time of 57.28...Finished fourth in the 4x400 at the ECAC Indoor Championships with a season-best time of 3:45.10...Also ran the 500-meters at ECACs, recording a time of 1:16.06 in the prelims (18th).

2018 Outdoors: Placed third in the 400-meters at Monmouth on April 22 with a time of 1:02.27...Earned a career-best time of 1:02.3 in the event at the Lions Invitational, placing 12th overall. 

2017-18 Indoors: Won the 4x400 at the Manhattan Opener, posting a time of 4:08.2H...Won the 500-meter race at the Yale Opener on December 9 with a personal-best time of 1:15.36...Also earned fifth in the 4x400 at that meet, recording a time of 3:58.38.

Before Manhattan: Competed in both cross country and track and field at Valley Central High School.
