Riverdale, NY – Manhattan women's lacrosse ramps up conference competition with a pair of MAAC games this week, hosting Marist on Wednesday and visiting Siena on Saturday.
The Jaspers welcome the Red Foxes to Gaelic Park on Wednesday, March 27 at 4:00 pm. The Jasper Sports Network will air the game live for fans unable to attend, while the athletic department will provide live statistics.
Saturday's contest takes place at Hickey Field on Saturday, March 30 at 12:00 pm. The Saints' athletic department will have a live stream and statistics available for fans.
LAST WEEK
- Manhattan opened up MAAC play with a 15-10 triumph over Canisius in the Bronx on Friday, March 22.
- Sophomore Alaina Burgess posted a career-high seven goals on eight shots to lead the Jasper attack.

SCOUTING REPORT: MARIST
- The Red Foxes enter Wednesday's tilt with a 4-5 overall record and a 1-0 mark in the MAAC, thanks to their 10-9 home win over Quinnipiac on Saturday, March 23.
- So far, Marist and Manhattan have shared two non-conference opponents in common: Vermont and La Salle. Marist defeated both squads by one goal.
- The Marist attack averages a shade under 11 goals per game, while the defense surrenders over 14 scores per affair.
- Samantha Mehalick, a preseason All-MAAC selection and 2018 All-MAAC Second Team member, paces the team and ranks second in the conference with 31 goals this season.
