Summary

Biography

2013-14: Had a solid season as a junior...reached personal bests in several events, including the 500 freestyle, 100 backstroke, and the 100 breaststroke at the MAAC Championships...was one of only 6 Jaspers to be on the All-Academic team.

2012-13: Competed in the 400 freestyle and 200 free relay against Fairfield on 10/20/12...took part in the 500 free as part of the Saint Peter's/Montclair State tri-meet on 12/7/12...placed third in the 200 backstroke against Bridgeport (1/21/13).

2011-12: Competed on the 200 freestyle relay team against Pace on 10/22/11...placed fourth in the 1000 free vs. St. Francis (NY) on 11/19/11...took fifth in the 1000 free during a meet with Fairfield on 11/12/11.

Before Manhattan: Attended Xaverian High School where he served as team captain his senior year...competed in the "A" CHSAA Championship for three straight seasons...received Academic All-American in his senior year.

Personal:  Born May 27, 1993...parents are Thomas and Judi Fitzgerald... has two younger brothers, Tom and John...majoring in Communications...plays in the Manhattan College Pipe and Drum Band
