2009-10: Named captain following the swim season... placed first in 100-yard backstroke event and member of winning 200-yard medley team vs. Lehman College 10/24/09... member of third place 200-medley relay team vs. NJIT and VMI 10/31/09... member of winning 400-yard freestyle relay team vs. Saint Peter's College 11/06/09...  placed first in 100-yard backstroke and member of winning 200-yard freestyle and 200-yard medley relay teams vs. Baruch College 11/07/09... finished second in the 100-yard backstroke event vs. Iona College 11/20/09... finished first in the 100-yard backstroke and member of winning 200-yard freestyle relay team vs. St. Francis College 11/21/09... placed fourth in the 50-freestyle event vs. Fairfield University 1/11/10... finished second in the 100-freestyle event vs. Saint Peter's College 1/30/10.

2008-09: Placed 1^st in the 100 backstroke 2/2/08 at the NJIT dual meet in 1:06.87; was also part of 1^st place 200 free relay team at that meet... grabbed 2^nd in the 50 free at the Hunter dual meet on 11/16/07 in 27.53... had 2^nd placed finishes in the 100 back at the Manhattan v. Hunter dual meet in 1:06.51; at the Baruch/ Mills College/St. Joseph's tri-dual meet (11/9/07) in 1:06.96; and at the Manhattan vs. Mount St. Mary's dual meet 10/27/07 in 1:13.48... was part of a 2^nd place 400 free relay team at the Bridgeport/Sacred Heart double dual meet (11/3/07).

2007-08: Part of the 400 medley relay team that broke a school record (4:15.00) at the MAAC Swimming and Diving Championships in February... part of the 200 medley relay team that scored a 7^th place at the MAACs in a time of 1:57.78... grabbed a 1^st place finish in the 100 backstroke at Saint Francis dual meet 10/31/08... took seconds in that event at Hunter dual meet (11/16/08); at Canisius/St. Peter's tri-meet 11/8/08; and at Baruch, Bridgeport, St. Joseph's quad meet 11/14/08... posted a 3^rd place finish in 50 backstroke at the Gene Culligan meet 10/18/08... had 3^rd place finishes in 200 free event at Lehman dual meet 10/25/08 and at Fairfield University dual meet 1/25/08... had a 3^rd in 50 free event at NJIT dual meet 1026/08.

Before Manhattan: Member Red Bank Catholic high school swim team... won Shore Conference Championship during career... team was second at state championships... sixth overall in backstroke in state championships.

Personal: Majoring in Education... parents are Holly and Jon Schwartz... has brother, Jay Schwartz.
