2019 Outdoors: Earned a first-place showing as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Colonial Relays, recording a time of 3:45.37...Took home third in the 400-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a PR time of 57.33...Won silver in the 4x400-meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 3:56.55...Placed eighth overall in the 400-meters at MAACs with a time of 59.14.
