2011-12 Indoors: Had a first-place showing in the 500 meters (1:15.13) at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 3…Won the 500 at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 20, recording a 1:15.95 clocking…Took sixth in the 500 (1:15.18) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Recorded a season-best time of 1:14.85 in the 500 at the Millrose Games Collegiate Invitational (Feb. 11), good for third place overall…Placed fifth in the 400 meters (57.91) and seventh in the 200 meters (25.92) while also running a leg on the silver medal-winning 4x400 meter relay squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 17)…Finished 17th at the ECAC Championships in the 500, notching a time of 1:15.66.
2011 Outdoors: Took third in the 400 meters with a time of 56.13 seconds at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Finished second in both the 200 meters (25.50) and 400 (56.35) at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Captured the bronze medal in the 400 (58.37) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Earned a pair of individual bronze medals (200, 400) to go along with a gold in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 8…Ran the 400 at the ECAC Championships on May 13, placing 19th in a time of 56.51 seconds.
2010-11 Indoors: Qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 500 meters and 4x400 meter relay…Opened the season with a first-place showing in the 500 (1:15.08) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Named MAAC Performer of the Week on Jan. 12 after running a then-personal-best time of 1:14.38 to finish second overall (first among collegians) in the 500 at the Metro Coaches Invitational (Jan. 7)…Notched a time of 1:14.27 to place first in the 500 at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 21…Established a new personal-best of 1:13.95 to win the gold medal in the 500 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Won a gold medal leading of the 4x400 relay squad that broke the meet record at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18)…Also earned a bronze in the 400 meters (56.80) and finished sixth in the 200 meters (25.55) at the MAAC Championships…Placed 12th in the 500 (1:15.39) at the ECAC Championships on March 5.
2010 Outdoors: Named MAAC Performer of the Week on March 23 after winning the 400 meters (55.95) and placing eighth in the 200 meters (25.34) at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational (March 19)…Also won the 400 (56.51) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 26...Ran a season-best time of 55.68 seconds to capture second place in the 400 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 2…Claimed three gold medals (400 meters, 4x100 meter relay, 4x400 meter relay) and finished fourth in the 200 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 2)…Placed 19th in the 400 at the ECAC Championships (May 14), finishing in a time of 56.77 seconds.
