NEW YORK, N.Y. — The Manhattan Women's Track & Field Team concluded its day-one performances at the Dr. Sander Scorcher meet hosted by Columbia University. Back in a familiar setting at The Armory, the Jaspers were led by freshman Tranira Booker's performance in Women's 60m (Open) and sophomore Bailee Christofis' solid showing in the Women's 3000M (Open).
HIGHLIGHTS

Booker's strong indoor season continued with a 5th-place showing in the 60m (Open) thanks to her time of 7.89 seconds.

Christofis also crossed the finish line in 5th in the 3000m (Open), posting a time of 10:23.28. Two weeks ago, Christofis was victorious in the 3000m race at the West Point Open.

Freshman Ellianne Hernandez checked in at 14th place in the 400m (Open) with a time of 1:00.33.

Junior Makayla Dorvil represented the Jaspers in the Women's Triple Jump (Open) and finished in 10th with a mark of 10.56m.
