RALEIGH, N.C. – The Manhattan track and field team shared the track with some of the biggest names in the country this week at the Raleigh Relays.
The top performance of the weekend goes to
RJ Decker, who finished in seventh in the hammer throw with a top throw of 62.31m.
Joseph Pelio also competed in the event, finishing in 30th with a top mark of 49.86. In the women's side of the same event,
Kristin Stickdorn earned a 14th place finish while
Mary Gill came in 18th with throws of 55.28m and 54.77 respectively.
Noah Jefferson came in 20th in the 400m with a time of 48.49.
Brian Shemar Saul (49.98) and
Harrison Alonzo (50.16) also ran in the event.
Kaya Simpson ran the 110 hurdles in 11.23 seconds while
Isabella Sing leaped 5.08m in the long jump.
The season continues down south for the Jaspers next week when they run in the Colonial Relays.
