POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The 2022 Manhattan cross country season began Saturday morning at the Marist Opener.

Kerri Gallagher had eight different runners competing in this morning's 6k at Vassar Farm.
As a team, the Jaspers finished in fourth place as a team with 118 points.
Michael Hennelly started the year as well as he finished last year, logging a 10th place finish this morning, posting a final time of 19:34.3.
The next Jasper to cross the finish line was
Justin Jordaens, recording a time of 20:00.5.
Many Jaspers made their collegiate debuts on the course this morning, including
Dean Mayo (20:37.7),
Jaxon Newton (20:53.5),
Keith Connelly (21:21.1), and
Walter Brady (25:27.5).
The Jaspers take to the course again next Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Siena Invite.
