Jaspers Earn Academic Honors from Easton/NFCA

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Manhattan softball team earned the Easton/NFCA Team Academic Award, and 15 student-athletes were named Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athletes.
 
The Jaspers maintained a 3.52 GPA in the classroom last season. Manhattan was one of six MAAC softball programs to earn the team academic award. Over 190 programs earned team academic honors.
 
The Jaspers on the scholar-athlete list are Kylie Carr, Marika Deemer, Lily Fish, Kaitlyn Flood, Megan Gillooley, Megan Hedlund, Kaitlyn Holly, Madison Ihnat, Gabriella Mazzotta, Ava Metzger, Gabi Mills, Annie Moore, Tajiana Pickett, Lauren Rende, and Jessie Rising.
 
Across Division I, 2,155 student-athletes earned scholar-athlete acclaim.
