WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The Manhattan men's track and field team finished 11
th at the 2022 IC4A Championships.
Sunday saw the Jaspers finish fifth in the 4x400 and seventh in the 4x800 relays to bring the team's point total to 28
th.
In the 4x400,
Brian Oduor,
Darion Lopez,
Harrison Alonzo, and
Noah Jefferson teamed up to run the fastest time by a Manhattan foursome this season (3:17.59). The 4x800 relay featured
Justin Jordaens,
Travis Delaney,
Dom Boccia, and
Marc Carrera. The quartet finished in 7:37.08, which is also the season-best time for the Jaspers.
Also in action on Sunday for the Jaspers was Lopez in the 200m (21.82, new PR) where he finished 13
th, and
Anu Awonusi in the discus (41.35m).
