WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The second day of the Colonial Relays saw the Manhattan men's track and field record three top-10 finishes in relays.
Kaya Simpson, Dean Niosi, Darion Lopez, and Larry McCullum finished fourth in the 4x100 relay. The quartet stopped the clock at 41.81 to score five points for the Jaspers. Manhattan finished sixth in the SMR and the DMR. Brian Oduor, Noah Jefferson, Harrison Alonzo, Dom Boccia ran the SMR, and Marc Carrera, Oduor, Travis Delaney, and Ryan Tierney ran the DMR for the Jaspers.
Carrera also finished 15th in the 800m in 1:53.45 for the Jaspers.

EWING, N.J. – The men's track and field team was also in action at the TCNJ Invitational on Saturday. The Jaspers tallied six top-10 finishes on Saturday in New Jersey.
Peter Athanailos had two top-10 finishes for the Jaspers. The freshman came home sixth in the shot put (12.97m) and the discus (41.98m). The discus mark is a new personal best.
Manhattan had a pair come home in the top 10 in the pole vault. Jackson Heft finished third after clearing 4.10m to lead the Jaspers.
Hayden Gretczko took seventh in the high jump after clearing 1.70m. Anu Awonusi finished fifth in the discus with a best of 42.38m.
The Jaspers return to the track next weekend for the Metropolitan Championships at Icahn Stadium.
