RALEIGH, N.C. – RJ Decker and Joseph Pelio represented the Manhattan men's track and field team in the hammer on the final day of the Raleigh Relays.
Both Decker and Pelio finished inside the top 30. Decker was eighth and Pelio was 29th. Decker recorded a best of 61.23m and Pelio posted a 52.45m effort.
The Jaspers return to the track next weekend. The team will compete at the Colonial Relays at Williams and Mary and the TCNJ Invitational.

WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. - Manhattan competed at the Monmouth Invitational on Saturday with the Jaspers recording nine top 10 finishes.
Darion Lopez finished fourth in the 200m and ninth in the 400m for the Jaspers. Lopez clocked a 21.92 in the 200m and a 50.23 in the 400m.
Jackson Heft cleared 4.00m to finish tied for fifth in the pole vault.
In other field events, Brian Oduor was sixth in the long jump and Peter Athanailos came home eighth in the shot put.
Back on the track, Dom Boccia crossed the line in 1:59.28 to finish ninth in the 800m.
Brian Oduor, Harrison Alonso, Brian Saul, and Noah Jefferson finished second in the 4x400 relay. The quartet crossed the line in 3:24.48. Odour added to his day's events a sixth-place finish in the long jump.
Kaya Simpson and Hayden Gretczko posted top 10 finishes in the 400 hurdles, placing fifth and seventh respectively.
