New York, NY - Manhattan registered six more victories on the second and final day of the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships at Icahn Stadium.

Marc Carrera (Staten Island, NY / St. Peter's) was victorious in the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.50.

Larry McCullum (Piscataway, NJ / Piscataway) won the 200-meter dash in 22.26, with sophomore
Noah Jefferson (Ossining, NY / Ossining) finishing second in 22.34.

Kaya Simpson (Edgewood, MD / Harford Technical), Jefferson, freshman
Dean Niosi (Staten Island, NY / Farrell) and McCullum combined to take home top honors in the 4x100 meter relay in a time of 42.24.

Rory Graham (Burnt Hills, NY / Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake), junior
Shayna Arrigo (Farmingdale, NY / Sachem East), senior
Zarah Harris (Montgomery, NY / Valley Central) and sophomore
Nicola Scaglione (Oceanside, NY / Oceanside) claimed the 4x400-meter title (4:07.31).
* In the discus, senior
Alexandra Preckajlo (Ocean, NJ / St. Rose) won the discus with a toss of 48.57 meters, with classmate
Lasma Padedze (Ogre, Latvia / Ogre Secondary School No. 1) finishing second with a mark of 45.95 meters.
* Padedze was victorious in the shot put with a distance of 14.38 meters, with Preckajlo finishing second with a toss of 14.22 meters.
* Both the men's and women's teams will be back in action on Wednesday, April 14 at the Peacock Outdoor Invitational #2.
