Highlights:
- Tierney finished 10th overall in the men's five-mile race, finishing in 26:48.22. Scaglione placed 15th overall, recording a time of 19:02.73, her best time of the three 5K races she has competed in this season.
- The Manhattan men secured a fourth-place finish (out of 11 teams) in the meet, behind Marist, Siena and Monmouth. The women finished eighth of 14 teams.
- Pelle Nogueira was the second finisher for the Manhattan men, coming in 17th with a time of 27:07.98 in his first race as a Jasper. Michael Hennelly (Suffern, NY / Suffern) came in next for Manhattan, placing in the top 20 with a time of 27:11.95. Freshman Ryan Lindrud (Basking Ridge, NJ / Basking Ridge) placed 30th for Manhattan, recording a time of 27:35:57.
- Rory Graham (Burnt Hills, NY / Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) was the second Jasper woman to cross on Saturday, placing 36th with a time of 19:38.07. Nicola Scaglione (Oceanside, NY / Oceanside) placed 60th with a time of 20:12.42, the third Manhattan woman to finish.
Manhattan will take on the annual Paul Short Run October 5 in Bethlehem, PA.
