Arianna Montefusco (Levittown, NY / General Douglas MacArthur) was named to the 2019 All-MAAC Second Team.

After missing last year due to injury, Montefusco led Manhattan while ranking second in the MAAC with eight goals and 18 points.
For Montefusco, it is her second All-MAAC Second Team, also earning the recognition in 2017.
Montefusco Highlights
* Opened the season with a goal off a penalty kick at Hartford (8/22), before finding the back of the net at Stony Brook (8/25).
* Assisted on the game-winning score in 1-0 win over St. Francis Brooklyn (9/16).
* Delivered her second career multi-score performance with two goals at Merrimack (9/22).
* Scored a goal with an assist as the Jaspers scored a season-high four goals in win vs. Iona (10/9).
* Found the back of the net in three-straight games, clinching the victory over Rider (10/16) before scoring the lone Manhattan goals in draws with Siena (10/19) and at Quinnipiac (10/23).
* Montefusco will enter final year in Riverdale with 19 goals, six assists and 44 points.
Monmouth captured three of the five major awards with Lexi Palladino (Offensive), Anna Lazur (Defensive) and Amanda Knaub (Goalkeeper) earning recognition. Fairfield's Josie Horosky and Quinnipiac's Meaghan Phillips were honored as the MAAC Co-Rookies of the Year with the Stags' David Barrett cited as the BSN Sports Coach of the Year.
The Jaspers also led the league for the second-straight year with 18 (out of 21) MAAC All-Academic Team honorees.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0.
