QUICK HITS
* The four seniors all reached double-figures in scoring for the first time this season the last time out at Rider.

* The foursome combined for 54 points and 15 rebounds on Thursday and for the season have accounted for 61.0 percent (1021/1675) of Manhattan's scoring and 52.5 percent (426/811) of its rebounding.

* Turner (1,311), Waterman (1,177), Williams (1,079) and Crawford (810) have now accrued a combined 4,377 career points.

* The teams met in Draddy Gymnasium exactly one year ago with Turner scoring a game-high 27 points while cracking the 1,000-point plateau in the process.

* Head Coach Steve Masiello has 113 wins in his seven years in Riverdale with Monmouth Head Coach King Rice checking in with 114.

* Manhattan is among the top-three in the MAAC in five defensive categories: turnovers forced (15.6-1st), scoring defense (68.4 ppg-2nd), blocks (3.8 bpg-2nd), rebounding defense (33.8-2nd) and 3-point FG% D (.340-3rd) while limiting the opposition to less than 70 points on 13 occasions, including less than 60 six times.

* The Jaspers forced at least 20 turnovers for the fifth time this year at Rider.

* Manhattan registered a season-high 25 forced turnovers in its first win over Siena before pressuring Saint Peter's into 22 in taking the teams' lone meeting and are 24-13 under Masiello when pressuring opponents into at least 20 miscues.

* The Jaspers have paced the MAAC in turnovers forced in three of the last four years (2015-2016, 2014-2015, 2013-2014) while ranking among the top-two in each of the last five seasons.

* Waterman scored all 16 of his points after halftime at Rider while pulling down seven rebounds and is averaging 13.5 ppg and 7.0 rpg over his last six games.

* Waterman collected his second double-double of the year and sixth of his career against Iona with 18 points and 12 rebounds after registering 23 points with 12 rebounds at Marist.

* By virtue of his performances, Waterman has now scored at least 20 points and grabbed double-figures on the glass 11 times in his career.

* Waterman is 23rd on the all-time Manhattan scoring list with 1,177 career points and ranks among the league leaders in scoring (10.9 ppg-24th) and rebounding (6.4 rpg-6th).

* Over half of the Jaspers' games (15-of-25) have been decided by 10 points or less with the squad going 7-8 during that time (4-5 MAAC).

* In the last five minutes/OT of its 10-point games, Manhattan is shooting 78.9 percent (75-of-95) from the line, including 90.6 percent (48-of-53) during MAAC play, and 40.6 percent (41-of-101) from the floor, including 38.2 percent (13-of-34) from deep.

* The Jaspers went 18-of-19 from the line over the final five minutes/overtime of their win at Marist with Williams going 9-for-9, highlighted by converting three with less than two seconds to play to force OT.

* Fueled by forcing 20 turnovers with 10 steals at Marist, Manhattan was able to rally from a 13-point second half deficit in posting its largest comeback win of the year.

* The Jaspers have registered at least 20 steals on four occasions and are 40-10 under Masiello when notching double-figures in thefts.

* Manhattan secured the season sweep against Siena thanks to limiting the Saints to just 47 points, which is the fewest allowed by a MAAC team this year.

* By virtue of the win, Manhattan improved to 43-5 under Steve Masiello when holding teams to less than 60 points.

* Sophomore Pauly Paulicap (13 points, 13 rebounds) and senior Rich Williams (10 points, 11 rebounds) led the way for the Jaspers in their win in Albany.

* For Williams it is his fourth career double-double and Paulicap his second while marking the first time Manhattan had two double-doubles in one game since Emmy Andujar and Ashton Pankey did so in leading the Jaspers to the 2015 MAAC Championship against Iona.

* Manhattan grabbed a season-high 19 offensive and 43 total rebounds at Siena while turning it over a season-low eight times.

* The Jaspers are 41-30 in the months of February/March since Masiello took over in 2011-2012.

* Paulicap continues to be a major reason that Manhattan ranks among the MAAC's best defensive units, pacing the circuit while ranking 22nd nationally with 2.5 bpg and has registered at least four rejections on seven occasions this year, including three 11 times.

* Paulicap notched a career-high six blocks in a win over Hofstra and against Canisius. His two six-block performances are the most by a Jasper since 3x MAAC Defensive Player of the Year Rhamel Brown had nine rejections at Siena on February 21, 2014.

* Paulicap also paces the MAAC in field goal percentage (.578) and offensive rebounding (2.8 orpg) while averaging 9.5 ppg and 6.3 rpg (8th MAAC) with 23.6 percent (21-of-89) of his field goals being dunks.

* The Harcum College transfer scored a career-high 19 points in the overtime win at Marist after recording his first career double-double with 16 points and a career-high 10 rebounds in a victory vs. Fairfield.

* Paulicap also had a team-high 18 points with nine rebounds at Niagara and over his last nine games is averaging 11.4 ppg, 7.1 rpg and 3.0 bpg with six double-figure scoring outings.

* After missing the Iona game, Williams had 19 points and six rebounds against Marist and is averaging 14.7 ppg and 7.0 rpg over his last three games.

* Williams registered his sixth 20-point performance of the year and the 11th in his career with 21 in the first win over Siena while also becoming the 39th player in school history to surpass the 1,000-point mark, currently ranking 33rd with 1,089 points.

* On the year, the fifth-year senior ranks among the MAAC leaders in scoring (13.6 ppg-10th), 3-point % (.427-6th) and 3's/game (1.9-13th).

* Turner scored a team-high matching 18 against Iona after leading the way in Manhattan's win at Saint Peter's with 20 points and a career-high 10 assists en route to registering his career first double-double.

* Thanks to his performance, Turner became the first Jasper to record a double-double in points and assists since Von Damien Green had 12 points and 11 assists against Canisius on January 15, 2001.

* Turner also notched his 17th career 20-point performance while breaking his previous high of nine assists set in the first meeting with Rider.

* Turner, who clinched Manhattan's win over Siena with a pair of last-second free throws, is averaging 9.4 ppg and 3.8 apg (7th MAAC) while posting a 1.5 assist/turnover ratio (9th MAAC). He also ranks among the league leaders from the line (.814-6th) and from long range (.413-10th).

* The Ball State transfer has picked it up during MAAC play to the tune of 11.2 ppg and 4.2 apg while shooting 45.0 percent from deep and 84.7 percent from the line.

* Williams is the lone remaining member of Manhattan's back-to-back MAAC Championship squads while Crawford and Waterman were also on the 2014-2015 team.

* Crawford is averaging 8.6 ppg and 4.6 rpg while posting double-doubles at Fordham (11 points/10 rebounds) and in the win vs. Harvard (19 points/10 rebounds).

* Manhattan was the first-ever NCAA Division I team to win a game in Europe besting Holy Cross 70-54 on December 1, 2017 as part of the inaugural Belfast Classic in Northern Ireland before dropping a 56-55 thriller to Towson in the Championship as Crawford earned Belfast Classic All-Tournament team honors after averaging 14.5 ppg.

* Masiello has led Manhattan to a 113-107 (.514) record, including going 69-60 (.534) during MAAC play, and 54-29 (.651) at Draddy Gym over his seven seasons, including 41-22 vs. league opposition. He has led the Jaspers to three MAAC title game appearances, three postseason berths, two Metropolitan Coach of the Year honors and two 20-win campaigns. Masiello has also participated in the NCAA Tournament in 13 of his first 21 seasons as a player or coach, including being a part of eight conference champions and one National Title.

* Since returning to Riverdale, Masiello has guided Manhattan to a pair of MAAC titles as well as a pair of 20-plus win campaigns. In his first tenure as an assistant, he was a part of two MAAC titles and three 20-plus win seasons. All told, Masiello has been a member of four of Manhattan's five MAAC Championship teams and five of the school's 12 20-win seasons in recording a 196-143 record.

* Now in his 22nd season as either a player or a coach, Masiello has a career collegiate record of 474-253, including 353-225 on the sidelines, with one National Title, two National Championship Game appearances, two Final Fours, six Elite Eight berths, eight conference championships, 13 NCAA Tournament appearances and 15 20-win seasons.

SCOUTING MONMOUTH
Monmouth enters play with a deceiving 4-8 MAAC record with five of their eight losses coming by five points or less, including four by one just one possession. Deion Hammond leads the team in scoring with 11.8 ppg while Austin Tilghman is the unquestioned leader, averaging 11.4 ppg, 6.3 rpg and 5.7 apg.

112TH SEASON OF JASPERS BASKETBALL
In its 112th season, the Manhattan men's basketball program boasts a 1361-1223 overall record (291-313 MAAC). The Jaspers' storied men's basketball team was established in 1904-05 and took a two-year hiatus during the 1943-44 and 1944-45 season due to World War II.
