Riverdale, NY - Manhattan celebrated Senior Night with a monumental 92-86 double overtime win against Quinnipiac before a boisterous Draddy Gymnasium crowd in clinching a bye for next weekend's MAAC Tournament.

The Jaspers will be the No. 5 seed and take on local-rival Iona on Saturday, March 3 at 9:30 pm at the Albany Times Union Center.

Senior Zavier Turner (Indianapolis, IN / Ball State) scored all of his season-high 31 points after halftime with eight assists, against one turnover, while classmate Rich Williams (Brooklyn, NY / Vermont Academy (VT)) added 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead the way for Manhattan. Senior Zane Waterman (Winston-Salem, NC / Fayetteville Academy) added 14 points and seven rebounds and sophomore Pauly Paulicap (Elmont, NY / Harcum College) 10 to round out the double-digit scorers for the Jaspers.
Manhattan rallied to force overtime with a Turner a jumper and double overtime with a Williams triple before finishing off the come-from-behind win in the second extra session.
The Jaspers improve to 14-16 and 9-9 in the MAAC while the Bobcats fall to 10-20 and 7-11 in the league.
