New Rochelle, NY - Iona topped by Manhattan by a 3-0 count in MAAC action at the Hynes Center.

The Gaels won by scores of 25-14, 25-17 and 25-16.

Junior Sandra Lozanova (Pernik, Bulgaria / Fresno State), freshman Erin Hoener (St. Louis, MO / Incarnate Word) and classmate Jade Jeffrey (Tamarac, FL Cardinal Gibbons) all had four kills to pace the Jaspers.

Sophomore Taylor Hasley (Memphis, TN / St. Agnes Academy) had a team-high 15 assists while junior Alyssa Rehrer (Lorton, VA / South County) also notched 10 digs 

Iona was paced by Claire Archibald's match-high 15 kills.

Manhattan returns to action at Marist on Saturday, September 30 with opening serve slated for 1:00 pm.
