Simsbury, CT – After placing a program-best second at last year's MAAC Championships, the Manhattan golf team placed fourth at the 2016 Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate Tournament at Hop Meadow Country Club.
The Jaspers bested three other MAAC schools in the 14-team field, finishing up with a two-day score of 297-297-594. Bryant claimed the team title after shooting 288-290-578.

Senior Connor O'Rourke (Jupiter, FL / FAU) paced Manhattan, finishing sixth (+2), highlighted by firing a two-under 70 in round one. Junior Ryan Lynch (Boynton Beach, FL / Park Vista) was shot back of O'Rourke, placing ninth (+3) thanks to recording a one-under 71 in round two.
Junior Johnny Schob (Huntington, NY / Salisbury School) finished tied for 14th (+5) and was followed by junior Charles Seward (Tampa, FL / Freedom) in 34th (+9) and senior Jon Keyes (Blue Point, NY / Coastal Carolina) in 47th (+12).
Bryant's Ryan Tombs won the individual title, registering a four-under 140 for the event.
The Jaspers return to action on Sunday, September 25 when Manhattan hosts the Jasper Invitational.
