Philadephia, PA - La Salle scored three goals off headers to defeat Manhattan by a 3-0 count in non-conference action at McCarthy Stadium.
The Explorers improve to 4-1 while the Jaspers fall to 0-4.
Despite the defeat, Manhattan owned a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks.
Junior Troy Carrington (Verona, NJ / Syracuse) paced the Jaspers with three shots, including one on goal, while sophomore Connor Hayes (El Dorado Hills, CA / Oak Ridge) made six saves in goal.
The Jaspers will next host Fordham on Wednesday, September 14 with first kick slated for 7:00 pm.
