Poughkeepsie, NY - Manhattan (1-9-2; 1-3-1 MAAC) travels to Marist (7-5-1; 2-3 MAAC) on Wednesday, October 19 with first kick slated for 7:00 pm before returning home to host Siena (6-6-2; 4-1 MAAC) on Saturday, October 22 at 1:00 pm.

Jaspers Playing Best Soccer Of The Year
Manhattan fought back to earn a 1-1 tie against reigning MAAC Champion Rider in its only action of the week after posting a 2-1 come-from-behind win over Saint Peter's.

Shields Nets First Collegiate Goal
Sophomore Ryan Shields registered his first career goal in last week's aforementioned tie with the Broncs. He is the third Jasper to record his first collegiate goal this season.

Hayes Outstanding
Against Rider, sophomore Connor Hayes made five saves, including an impressive sprawling save in the first half.

Gums Nets Second Career Assist
While he didn't score the game-tying goal against the Broncs, freshman Christoph Gums' delivery to Shields may have been the play of the game. His cross from 25 yards out was perfectly placed in giving the rookie his second career assist.

Last Time Against Marist
Manhattan defeated Marist 3-1 a year ago on Senior Day and have won two of the three meetings with the Red Foxes since Jorden Scott took over prior to the 2013 season.

Good Memories
Senior Andrew Melitsanopoulos netted his first two collegiate goals as a freshman in the Jaspers' 3-2 victory over Marist in 2013.

Scouting The Red Foxes
Marist is led by reigning MAAC Co-Rookie of the Year Cameron Harr and his team-leading 11 goals. Nine other Red Foxes have found the back of the net but Harr is the unquestioned offensive leader of the squad.

Last Year Against Siena
The Saints defeated the Jaspers by a 2-0 score and have won each of the last two meetings since Manhattan posted a 3-1 victory in 2013.

About The Saints
Siena is led by the trio of Junior Rosario (5 goals, 2 assists), Alexander Tejara (3 goals, 2 assists) and J.C. Obregan (3 goals, 1 assist) with the threesome combining to account for over 50 percent of the team's offensive production.

Up Next
The Jaspers travel to Fairfield on Wednesday, October 26 with first kick tabbed for 7:00 pm.
