PRINCETON, N.J. - The IC4A Outdoor Track & Field Championships concluded on Sunday, and Manhattan College ended up 13th overall in the team standings after three days of competition at Princeton University's Weaver Stadium.  Among those Jaspers in action on Sunday, the best result was turned in by Rokas Kirlys (Kamaji, Lithuania), who captured 15th place in the shot put.

Kirlys had a top effort of 16.01 meters (52 feet, 6½ inches).  Roman Ewald (Olching, Germany), who took fifth in the hammer throw and ninth in the discus on Saturday, ended up 16th with a toss of 15.89 m (52'1¾).  In addition, Trevell Moxey (Lansdale, Pa.) placed 18th in the triple jump (14.24 m, 46'8¾).

The Jaspers finished with 22 points in the team competition.  George Mason claimed the team title with 59 points.

There will now be a two-week break before the NCAA East Regional, which will be held in Jacksonville, Fla., from May 24-26.  The top 48 athletes in each event qualify for Regionals, while the top 12 finishers in Jacksonville move on to the NCAA Championships.
