RIVERDALE, N.Y. ? The Manhattan College men's basketball team will make a run at the program's fourth MAAC Men's Basketball Championship beginning with its quarterfinal contest versus #5 Fairfield (16-14, 9-9 MAAC) on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in Albany. The Jaspers completed the regular-season with a 16-13 overall record and earned the #4 seed with a 9-9 conference mark. Manhattan's showdown with the Stags will be televised live straight from the Times Union Center on MSG2.

The Jaspers and Stags square off for the 81st time in program history and eighth time in the MAAC Tournament. The squads split their two regular-season games, with each team holding serve on their home court. Manhattan closed out the regular-season strong winning five of its last eight contests, while the Stags have dropped five of their last six games as they enter the rubber match.
