RIVERDALE, N.Y. ? The Manhattan men's basketball team returns to action tomorrow evening at Draddy Gymnasium as the Jaspers play host to Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference opponent Morgan State. Manhattan (1-0) enters the contest coming off a 56-32 win over New Jersey Institute of Technology on Saturday in Newark. Sophomore guard Chris Smith led the Jaspers with 16 points on 6-for-13 shooting. Smith grabbed six rebounds and dished out three assists.
Morgan State (1-1) earned its first victory of the season on Monday night during its home opener against UMBC. The Bears dropped their season opener at LaSalle, 64-61, on Friday night in Philadelphia.
