Today's Matchup:
The Jaspers continue MAAC play by traveling to Poughkeepsie, N.Y. to face Marist College on Monday, January 7. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Manhattan leads the all-time series 16-11. The Jaspers have won three of the last five meetings and preceeding that, Manhattan had beat Marist five out of the six meetings. The home team has won each of the last six meetings. Last season, Manhattan split with the Red Foxes in season play. In their first meeting of the 2006-07 season, Darryl Crawford hit a floating layup to give the Jaspers a 75-74 victory at Draddy Gym. But Manhattan fell to Marist in their most recent meeting and is looking to revenge that loss this season.
