Today's Game: The Lady Jaspers will take on Rider University today in MAAC play. This will mark the 25th time these team's will meet in program history. Manhattan holds an 18-6 overall record against the Broncs with the Lady Jaspers sweeping Rider in both meetings last year. The Lady J's have won the last four consecutive meetings and five out of the last six. Senior forward Caitlin Flood caused problems for the Broncs last season as she averaged 23.0 points and 3.5 assists per game. Junior forward Kelly Regan has also contributed to Manhattan's success against the Broncs as she averaged 16.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

Best Start Ever: For the first time in the programs' history, the Lady Jaspers came out to a perfect 4-0 start in conference play. Since the start of the program in 1978, no Lady Jaspers basketball team has won their first four conference games. The best conference start previous to this teams' is 3-1 by the 2003-04 Lady J's.

From Down Town: Manhattan leads all MAAC schools in three point shooting percentage as they are shooting an outstanding .372 from behind the arc. Senior Gabrielle Cottrell is currently 3rd in the conference in three point percentage as she is shooting .438. Fellow senior Aubrie Dellinger is seventh on that list with a .405 percentage.

History Vs. Rider: The Lady Jaspers are 16-8 against the Lady Broncs. In their most recent meeting, Manhattan beat Rider 78-66 last season at Draddy Gymnasium. The Lady J's have won the last four meetings and five out of the last six.

History vs. MAAC: The Lady J's have 193-204 record while playing MAAC opponents. Last season they lost a second round game to MAAC Champion Marist College, 55-42. Manhattan finished 7-11 last year in conference play and is currently 5-1 this season.

Flood Warning: Senior Caitlin Flood has scored a total 1,196 points in her career. She has moved up to the 8th all-time scorer for Manhattan. Flood passed the career milestone in a 76-51 win over Howard University in the Brown University Tournament. Flood is the first Lady Jasper to join the 1,000 point club since Rosalee Mason did it in 2004 and the 16th in Manhattan College Women's Basketball history.

On the Horizon: With MAAC play in full swing, the Lady Jaspers will go on their Western New York swing as they will take on Canisius College Friday, January 25 in Buffalo, N.Y. It will mark the 31st meeting between these two programs as Canisius leads the all-time series, 24-16. The Lady J's split each meeting with the Golden Griffs last season. Soon after that, Manhattan will continue on the road to play Niagara University on Sunday, January 27.
