GOLF POSTS SCORE OF 335 AT 1ST ROUND OF LAFAYATTE INVITATIONAL

Upper Saucon Township, PA (April 8, 2005)- Manhattan posted a round one tally of 335 in the opening round of the Fourth Annual Lafayette Invitational, played at the par-72, 6,916-yard Center Valley Golf Club.

Tim Hand and Danny Sirico paced the Jaspers, each carding a round of 82. Scott Burton tallied an opening round of 85, while James Marchewka rounded out the scoring quartet with a round of 86. Chris Vieau posted a first round score of 88.

Manhattan will complete the 36-hole tournament tomorrow, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
