Bronx, NY (September 17, 2004)- Jamee Stimson registered 11 kills and two service aces while Tasha Johnston added ten kills and 11 digs to lead Fordham (4-5) to a 3-0 win over Manhattan (1-8) in the second match of the Rose Hill Classic at Fordham's Rose Hill Gym. Scores of the game were 30-19, 30-26 and 30-21.

Maggie Pfeifer led Manhattan with a game-high 12 kills, while Lori Bambauer recorded 25 assists and Ashley Davis notched ten digs.

The Rams outhit the Lady Jaspers in the match .293 to .048. Fordham recorded a .226 hitting percentage in the first game, a .353 percentage in the second and a .294 in the third. The Rams also registered 10.5 team blocks and had five service aces.

Kealia Ieremia finished with 36 assists for the Rams while Tiffany Pederson registered seven kills and seven block assists.

The Rose Hill Classic will continue on Saturday as Manhattan will play two matches. The Lady Jaspers will face MAAC rival Canisius in a rare non-conference matchup at 9:00 a.m. At 2:00 p.m., Manhattan will take on Wagner.
