New Rochelle, NY (November 13, 2004)- Iona swept Manhattan today, 3-0 (30-15, 30-22, 30-23) in the final match of the season for the Lady Jaspers. Junior
Maggie Pfeifer (Liberty, MO/St. Pius X) led Manhattan with 10 kills, while Miki Hogg paced Iona with a match-high 12 kills and six blocks.
Crystal Vasquez and Megan Dailey each picked up 11 kills for the Gaels. Defensively, the Gaels were paced by Chelsea White who had a match-high 14 digs. With the win, Iona moves into a tie for first place in the MAAC with a 7-1 conference record.

Megan O'Dorisio (San Diego, CA/University of San Diego HS) led the Lady Jaspers with 10 digs, while junior Lori Bambauer (New Knoxville, OH/New Knoxville/Clark State CC) dished out 30 assists.
Manhattan finishes the 2004 season with a 6-24 record and a 2-7 mark in the MAAC.
