A four-year starter, Flood tallied 1,399 points and 600 rebounds during her Manhattan career, placing her in the Top 10 in each category.  She ranks fifth all-time in scoring and 10^th in rebounding.  After earning a Third Team All-MAAC selection following the 2006-07 season, Flood was named First Team All-MAAC as a senior in 2007-08.

Before returning to Riverdale, the 2008 Manhattan graduate spent two seasons playing in the English Basketball League (EBL).  In 2009-10, she helped the Nottingham Wildcats finish third in the EBL, leading the team in rebounding (8.2 rpg) and placing second in scoring (18.0 ppg).  Flood began her professional career with the Manchester Mystics in 2008-09, and she was named Second Team All-EBL that season.
